About aquajag

Aquajag GmbH was founded in October 2017 as a spin-off from the University of Greifswald (Ernst Moritz Arndt University) and is based in Schwerin. The company specialises in expert consulting and support for water supply and wastewater disposal companies. Its range of services includes the evaluation and assessment of groundwater analysis data, trend analyses in groundwater chemistry, and process engineering recommendations for waterworks, for example on aeration, filtration, deacidification, well cascading and DVGW-compliant calculation of treatment volumes. In addition, aquajag offers sampling of drinking, bathing and wastewater, performs in-situ measurements of pH value, redox potential, conductivity and oxygen, and provides on-call support for drinking water disinfection. At wastewater treatment plants, it carries out microscopic activated sludge examinations, root-cause analyses of operational disruptions, and laboratory tests on the respiration activity of activated sludge. With its self-developed software Hydrobia, a DIN-compliant tool is available for the hydrobiological analysis and assessment of the operating condition of wastewater treatment plants.
