About Aquasant Messtechnik AG
Aquasant Messtechnik AG was founded in 1982 by Roland Inauen in Bubendorf (Switzerland) and develops and manufactures electro-optical and impedance-based measuring, monitoring and control devices for automation and safety in industrial processes. The portfolio includes interface detection, oil/water detection (watercut), limit switches for foam, liquids and powders, level measurement, in-situ turbidity measurement as well as hose pinch valves for sterile liquid dosing. Customer problems with liquids, foam and powders led to the development of custom solutions, which were further developed into reliable standard products. Design and manufacture of the process-specific sensor technology take place at the Swiss headquarters, including in-house prototype construction and series production. The devices are used worldwide in the chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, biotechnology and food industries. In addition, the company offers laboratory measurements, installation, commissioning, maintenance contracts as well as repairs and the testing of leak sensors according to CITEC/water protection specifications. Since 2017, the second generation, Roger and Thomas Inauen, has been running the family business.
