AQUASYS Technik GmbH, based in Linz, is a developer, manufacturer and supplier of firefighting systems with high-pressure water mist (HPWM), water-hydraulic drive systems and process-engineering spray and atomisation solutions. Founded in 1993 as a 100% subsidiary of the HAINZL Group, the company delivers high-quality systems and turnkey firefighting installations to planners, manufacturers and operators of buildings and transport infrastructure, machinery and plants, as well as rail and special-purpose vehicles. The value chain encompasses systems engineering, simulation and life-cycle cost analyses as well as project management, mechanical manufacturing, steel construction, painting, assembly and quality inspection – from consulting through to service. Materials are in particular stainless steel for pipes and fittings of the water hydraulics, as well as steel in steel construction. AQUASYS is certified as a VdS-recognised installer of fire extinguishing systems and maintains close contact with research partners, fire brigades and fire protection institutes.
