AR Dach- & Abdichtungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG is an owner-managed roofing and waterproofing specialist company founded in 2011 and based in Munich-Ludwigsfeld. Its range of services covers all types of roof coverings with roof tiles and roof stones, bituminous and plastic waterproofing (liquid plastic, FPO membrane), terrace and balcony waterproofing, flat roof greening, plumbing work including double standing seam cladding, as well as renovations and energy-efficient refurbishments. In addition, the company carries out asbestos remediation in accordance with TRGS 519, underground car park and foundation waterproofing, the installation of flat roof fall protection (collective protection) and smoke and heat extraction vents (RWA), as well as roof maintenance and lifting platform work. All work is carried out by in-house staff; the 35-strong team comprises 31 industrial employees and two master roofers and plumbers. Customers include commercial and private clients, property management companies, architects and general contractors such as Riedel Bau, PORR and W. Markgraf. The company is registered in the trade register of the HWK Munich and is a member of the Munich Roofers' Guild.
