Architekten RITZ & LOSACKER GmbH is an architectural office founded in 1997 with locations in Heiligenroth bei Montabaur and Weilburg. The office handles architectural planning according to HOAI in all performance phases 1 to 9 – from design to building completion. Since its founding, 637 projects have been realized, including new builds, renovations, existing building conservation, monument preservation, and project management. The service range also includes existing building surveys with 3D visualization, feasibility studies, barrier-free construction, tendering and contracting, and site supervision. The construction tasks include public buildings, administrative buildings, residential buildings, retail, as well as industrial and commercial buildings. For complex construction tasks, the office relies on a network of specialist engineers to form customized service collaborations tailored to the needs of the clients. In addition to the three managing directors Ansgar Ritz, Matthias Losacker, and Dimitris Michalakelis, the office trains apprentices, graduates, and interns.
