About Arcotec
Arcotec GmbH is a manufacturer of pretreatment systems for physical surface activation at atmospheric pressure. The company covers all four processes: corona treatment, atmospheric-pressure plasma, burner-based flame treatment and silication with silane-containing precursors. The systems increase the surface tension of plastic films, molded parts, metals, ceramics, papers and glass so that adhesives, paints and finishing coatings adhere reliably. The product portfolio includes corona systems with generators, treatment stations, arc stations and laboratory systems, the plasma systems arcospot® and arcojet®, flame systems arcogas®, handheld flame treatment devices FTM with control units FTS & EFT as well as custom special systems. In addition, Arcotec offers test inks and test pens for checking surface tension, service and individual consulting. The systems can be integrated into in-line production and are used from laboratory applications to large-scale series production. Arcotec systems are in use worldwide.
