About Ardo
Ardo is an international Belgian family company headquartered in Ardooie, specialising in deep-frozen fresh vegetables, herbs, fruits, pulses and carbohydrates (pasta, rice, potato and cereal products). Formed in 2014 from the merger of Ardo and Dujardin Foods, the company supplies customers in more than 100 countries with around 3,300 employees and approximately 3,500 growers on around 50,000 hectares of cultivated land. The product range includes blanched vegetables and vegetable mixes, organic products, pre-cooked or steam-cooked Express vegetables, grilled and pre-fried varieties, purées, vegetable preparations, frozen herbs, frozen-at-harvest-ripe fruits, pre-cooked pulses, vegetable snacks and ready-to-eat salads. Processing takes place in plants close to the fields in Europe's most fertile growing regions, so that only a short time passes between harvest and freezing. With its MIMOSA+ sustainability programme, Ardo promotes sustainable farming practices and minimises environmental impact along the entire supply chain from seed to customer.

Quality & Certifications
All production sites are certified to internationally recognised standards (GFSI, IFS/BRC) and meet high-level food safety and HACCP standards; annual audits are increasingly conducted unannounced. Modern packaging lines, metal detection, sorting by colour, shape and density, and projects such as PURE and SHINE ensure product quality from the field to the package.
