What is Area Four Industries?
Area Four Industries is a consortium of several brand companies founded in 2012, headquartered in Roudnice nad Labem (Czech Republic). The group combines the engineering expertise and manufacturing capacity of the brands MILOS, LITEC, TOMCAT, JTE, PROLYTE, Xstage, EXE Technology and Stagedex. Manufactured products include truss systems and load-bearing structures, stage, roof and event systems as well as chain hoists and lifting and automation technology – as standard and custom solutions for events, TV studios, trade fairs, sports, theatre, architectural and installation projects. Core competencies are engineering, design and manufacturing; the company states that its modern manufacturing and joining methods for truss systems are its own development. Work is organised as a think-tank structure and is complemented by training programmes such as Riggers Academy, Prolyte Campus, SkillsLab and A4I.tv. Through the Area Four Industries Direct sales network, the group is represented worldwide with offices in Germany (Münster), Italy, the UK, the USA, Dubai and Singapore as well as a production facility in Guangzhou (China).
