areovent Lüftungstechnik is a sole proprietorship based in Leonberg-Eltingen that develops, manufactures and sells the decentralized residential room ventilator Ventoligno. The dehumidifier fan box made of solid wood is installed in a 30-mm borehole in the exterior wall, moves air in both directions and recovers heat from the exhaust air via a two-stage heat exchanger. The housing production from domestic woods such as beech and walnut is carried out on precise wood milling machines, partly with the manufacturing partner bärbox; the Silencio acoustic grille is milled there. In addition to wood, aluminium (air guide tube, non-combustible), steel, plastic and rigid foam are used for the fan insert. The devices are sold via the company's own webshop areovent.de as well as through ventilation consulting. The company serves residential ventilation, building services and mould prevention in Germany.
