About us
Argentinien und Spanien Import GmbH, based in Rosenheim, imports and distributes wines from small Argentine and Spanish family wineries. The company, founded in 2003 by Peter Horner (initially as Argentinien Invest AG), received its first 15,000 bottles of red wine from Mendoza and Salta and expanded its range from 2015 with wines from Montsant, La Rioja, Ribera del Duero and Rueda. The portfolio includes the own brand Calden, BIO wines from Caligiore, Reservas, Magnum bottles, sweet wines, liqueurs, Vermouth as well as, since 2016/2022, Spanish delicacies such as olive oil, olives, Serrano, cheese and spice blends. Private and commercial customers throughout Germany are supplied via the company's own online shop, with personal delivery in the Rosenheim area. In 2019 the company opened the Weinhaus am Esbaum in Rosenheim's city centre, featuring a wine cellar and delicatessen, where regular tastings and corporate events take place. Regular trade fair participation, including in Munich, Vienna, Hamburg and Berlin, complements the sales activities.
