About ARICON
Since 1993, ARICON Kunststoffwerk GmbH has been manufacturing seamless plastic hollow bodies using the thermoplastic rotational molding process (rotational molding/rotomolding) at two sites in Solingen. The product range includes containers for liquids (dosing, storage, salt-dissolution, square, hexagonal and rectangular containers, horizontal tanks, IBCs), containers for bulk goods in steel and sliding frames, as well as DIBt-approved containment trays and containers. Hollow bodies can be produced in volumes from 0.1 to 40,000 liters, with low tooling costs and freely selectable wall thickness. In addition, custom molded parts, multilayer versions (2- or 3-layer), foamed components and integrated metal and plastic inserts are manufactured; CNC machining centers enable subsequent milling work. The value chain ranges from design and toolmaking to series and prototype production (from 1 piece) to workshop modifications, frame construction and assembly. Customer industries include plant engineering, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food industry, water treatment, agricultural machinery and the shipbuilding/offshore sector; supply is provided worldwide.
