ARKU Maschinenbau GmbH is a family-owned company based in Baden-Baden specializing in sheet metal processing technology. The portfolio includes precision leveling machines (FlatMaster®), high-performance coil leveling lines (HiCap®) for coil material, deburring and edge rounding machines (EdgeBreaker®) for punched, laser-cut, plasma-cut and flame-cut parts, as well as deburring tumblers, press feed lines, cut-to-length lines and coil laser blanking lines. In addition, the company offers contract work at its own Leveling and Deburring Center: leveling, stress relieving, deburring, deslagging, edge rounding and surface finishing of sheet metal parts, including for steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper and titanium. Production takes place at the Bühl plant with 3,000 m² of floor space, where deburring machines and smaller leveling machines are manufactured. Customers include industries such as automotive, agricultural machinery, heavy machinery, crane construction, rail industry, medical technology and steel service centers. With subsidiaries in Cincinnati (USA), Greer (South Carolina) and Kunshan (China) as well as sales partners worldwide, ARKU is internationally positioned. Services include a 24/7 hotline, spare parts supply (also for HRC, Hämmerle and Georg Fischer), retrofit, training and teleservice.
