Armaturen M. Schuster GmbH is a service provider specialised in industrial valves, headquartered in Waltrop with a branch in Schlepzig. The company repairs valves, gate valves, check valves and butterfly valves of any nominal size and nominal pressure rating, independent of manufacturer – both in its own workshops and mobile on site at the customer's premises. The service portfolio covers repair and maintenance, turning technology, grinding and lapping technology for sealing surfaces, welding technology including overlay welding and heat treatment, testing technology, as well as automation and retrofitting of valves with electric, hydraulic and pneumatic actuators. In addition, spare parts are newly manufactured from sample parts (reverse engineering), new valves and original spare parts are traded, and non-valve components such as rotary valve feeders are reconditioned. Customers are mainly power plant operators and large-scale industry; projects are handled nationwide, supported by a 24-hour hotline and a fleet of mobile workshop vans with container combinations.

Quality & Testing
The testing technology includes test benches with vertical and horizontal clamping, test flanges to DIN and ANSI, as well as LEGATEST testing technology for safety valves in installed condition. Calibrated measuring and testing equipment is kept available for manufactured and reworked installed parts; acceptance tests are also carried out with experts of the technical inspection organisations (ZÜS), including documentation according to ISO 10204.
