Armaturen-Service Alms GmbH (ASA) has been a specialist for services relating to industrial valves according to DIN and ASME for almost 40 years. Its service portfolio includes the conversion and modification of valves, the assembly of actuators and gearboxes, as well as the repair and reconditioning of industrial valves. Around 30 employees and extensive technical equipment are available at the production site in Gelsenkirchen. In the modern machining center, valves according to DIN up to DN 300/PN25 and according to ASME up to 10"/class 300 are machined; larger valves can be machined conventionally. Water and gas pressure tests of the machined valves are carried out on in-house test benches. In addition, the company provides test certificates and Inventor 3D drawings. The company is certified according to common standards such as DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, SCC*-VAZ 2021, AD 2000-Merkblatt HP0/TRD 201, DIN EN ISO 3834-2, DGRL 2014/68/EU Module H and LESER Global Standards LGS 0513.
