About Arnold Glas

The Arnold Glas group of companies, headquartered in Remshalden, is a medium-sized flat glass processor with around 600 employees at five sites in Germany. Founded in 1959 by Alfred Arnold, who reinvented multi-pane insulating glass with an elastic edge bond, the range of services today covers the production of ISOLAR® functional insulating glasses (thermal insulation, sound insulation, solar control, bird protection), the manufacture of ESG, heat-soaked ESG, TVG and VSG as well as F-class fire-rated glasses (Arnold-Fire® F(EI) 30–120). In addition, glass processing such as cutting, hole drilling, waterjet cutting and edge grinding, glass coatings, glass printing (screen printing, roller coating, casting and digital printing) as well as a metal construction operation with facade solutions, structural glazing and HSW systems are offered. This is complemented by services ranging from preliminary planning to implementation as well as repair and maintenance of glass facades, glass roofs, aluminium windows and automatic door drives. Reference projects range from the Porsche Design Tower Stuttgart and Leica Wetzlar to the Midtown Center in Washington.
