Arns & Römer KG is a third-generation family-run specialist dealer for industrial supplies based in Iserlohn-Sümmern. Founded on 7 April 1911 as a mail-order business, the company shifted its focus to industrial supplies and fasteners in the 1970s. Today the warehouse holds more than 150,000 items from areas such as tools, welding technology, foundry supplies, fasteners, ball bearings, electrical supplies as well as (stainless) metals and plastics. In addition to distribution via the online shop, which serves customers in Germany and other EU countries, the company supplies its regional catchment area with its own vehicle fleet. The range is complemented by a sharpening service for circular metal saw blades, twist drills and milling cutters as well as a procurement service for hard-to-obtain products. Customers include mechanical engineering, toolmaking, foundries, metal processing and workshops.
