About Aromex
Aromex GmbH is a specialised flavour house that produces plant extracts and flavours for the beverage and spirits industry. The quality requirements cover the entire value chain: carefully selected raw materials, defined manufacturing processes and consistent product quality. Production takes place on manufacturing and blending systems in combination with a linear production process; a fully automated dosing system handles hundreds of raw materials for contamination-free treatment and standardised qualities. The process portfolio includes separation processes such as vacuum concentration, vacuum distillation, reaction technologies and membrane filtration (reverse osmosis), extraction technologies such as heat extraction, maceration, percolation and extract concentration as well as fractionation based on sorption agents. The services range from the development of customised flavours and application tests in customers' end products through to delivery via a comprehensive logistics network. The partner's research and development centre and production facility are located in Hamburg; sales offices exist in Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Dubai.

Raw Materials & Process Technologies
Plant extracts
Starting materials processed into flavours by means of extraction, separation and fractionation processes.
Flavours (raw materials for beverages and spirits)
Customised products and components for the beverage and spirits industry.
Vacuum concentration / vacuum distillation
Separation processes for gentle concentration and separation of flavours.
Membrane filtration (reverse osmosis)
Membrane-based separation process for substance separation.
Digestion, maceration, percolation, extract concentration
Extraction technologies for obtaining flavours from plant-based raw materials.
Sorption, desorption, fractionation
Fractionation based on sorption agents, among other things for recovering flavours from natural sources or production side streams.
