About Arrets & van Lipzig
Arrets & van Lipzig Wintergartentechnik GmbH is a metalworking craft business in Geldern on the Lower Rhine that has been planning, manufacturing and installing custom conservatories, garden rooms, patio roofs and glass extensions since 1993. All projects are manufactured 100 percent in the company's own production workshop in the Geldern-Walbeck industrial estate, at the present location since 2000. Production uses thermally broken aluminium profiles with powder coating in the customer's chosen colour, combined with thermal insulation glazing, laminated safety glass, polycarbonate or ornamental glass; load-bearing structural components are made of steel and aluminium to DIN EN 1090-2 and -3 respectively. Fitting elements such as lift-and-slide systems, folding systems, frameless sliding glass doors, roof windows as well as shading systems from Markilux and Warema round out the range of services. On request, turnkey execution is provided including ancillary trades such as foundation, bricklaying and concrete work, roofing, carpentry, electrical and heating work. With 20 employees and three apprentices, approximately one to two conservatories are completed per week; since its founding more than 3000 projects have been carried out, mainly within a radius of approx. 200 km as well as internationally in the Netherlands and England.
