About us

Artur Gaubitz Maschinenbau GmbH is a family-run contract manufacturer for metalworking based in Mainbernheim (Kitzingen district). The company produces one-off parts, small series up to 20,000 units and complete assemblies according to drawings, sketches or samples. The range includes CNC turning (up to 4,000 mm turning length and 2,000 mm turning diameter), CNC milling including 5-axis machining, CNC drilling, surface grinding, sawing as well as TIG, MIG and hardfacing welding. In addition, the company offers assembly of smaller components and repairs such as cylinder reconditioning. Materials processed include structural and stainless steels, aluminium and copper alloys, other non-ferrous metals and plastics. Heat treatment and surface finishing (e.g. hardening, nitriding, galvanizing, anodizing, powder coating) are carried out via selected partner companies. Production is supported by a CAD/CAM system. Customers primarily come from mechanical engineering and the metalworking trades.
