About ARTVALON
ARTVALON is a company based in Hanover specialising in design, planning and craft execution for existing buildings. It develops interiors, transitions and outdoor spaces from a single design and material concept, rather than treating individual trades in isolation. The scope of services ranges from analysis of the existing structure to design and material concepts, detailed planning, craft execution and coordination of all parties involved, accompanied by a fixed point of contact. Indoors, ARTVALON works with design clay plaster, mineral surfaces, oiled oak boards and preserved wooden elements; outdoors, terraces, paths and natural stone surfaces are created as an extension of the architecture. Historic materials such as old bricks, boards and natural stone are preserved, reworked and reused. The material palette also includes regional timbers such as Douglas fir and larch as well as lime, natural stone and wood fibre. Projects are realised in Hanover and the Hanover region.
