ARTwelding GmbH, based in Schwalmstadt (Hesse), manufactures and sells welding automation and auxiliary equipment for pipework and vessel construction. The portfolio includes turning rolls and vessel turning rolls with load capacities from 5 to 1200 t for workpiece diameters up to 9000 mm, welding positioners, boom manipulators (cross arms) of the CZ series with up to 15 m effective height and outreach, welding tractors for SAW and MIG/MAG, oscillators, seam tracking systems, as well as pipe stands, pipe quick clamps, internal centering devices, pipe transport carts and accessories. The constructions are made predominantly of steel; rollers and coatings are executed in polyurethane or Vulkollan. In addition to standard products, the company builds custom systems such as special vessel turning rolls, lag and offset controls, insertion aids for heat exchangers or a sheet metal plate shear. Products are available for purchase, hire purchase and leasing; a rental fleet offers welding automation with and without welding equipment (SAW, MIG/MAG, TIG). A network of sales partners covers all of Europe; the website and catalogues are available in German, English and Russian.
