About ARUSO-PLAST

ARUSO-PLAST RUOFF GmbH is an owner-managed family company in Schwäbisch Hall that has been producing technical plastic parts and assembly-ready modules since 1967. The company manufactures injection-moulded components from 0.5 to 1,500 g, including standard injection moulding, multi-component injection moulding (2K/3K) and overmoulding of metal inserts such as threaded bushings, bearing sleeves or contacts. The machine park comprises more than 20 networked injection moulding machines with clamping forces of 35 to 400 tonnes, some with rotary tables and robot handling, digitally controlled via the Arburg host computer system ALS. Production is complemented by in-house toolmaking with CNC technology and Moldflow analysis, design for tooling, ultrasonic welding, laser marking, as well as manual and automated assembly with torque, snap-fit and functional testing. On request, the company processes recyclates and biobased plastics and produces partly with renewable energy from its own photovoltaic system. Customers come from the automotive industry, aerospace, e-mobility and marine, electrical engineering, consumer goods, as well as special machinery and plant engineering.
