Arvin Pajoohan Noor is a holding company in the healthcare sector founded in 2007 by Dr. Hassan Morovati Khamsi. The company began with the supply of diagnostic kits, laboratory equipment, machines and raw materials for pharmaceutical and vaccine production. In 2016, the knowledge-based subsidiary Arvin BioHealth was founded for the research, development and production of rapid laboratory diagnostic kits and vaccines; further units are Arvin Labs (distribution of coagulation devices from Sysmex, Maccura and Alcor as well as coagulation kits from Hyphen Biomed, Siemens and OmCis) and Arvin Pharma (supply of pharmaceutical technology, set-up of vaccine and drug production lines, technology transfer and engineering). During the COVID-19 epidemic, Arvin BioHealth developed and distributed antigen rapid tests including mutant variants. The product range includes rapid test kits for human and veterinary diagnostics, for example fecal occult blood (FOB) tests. The activities are directed at laboratories, hospitals, the pharmaceutical industry and vaccine manufacturing in Iran and the Middle East.
