AS-KA is an owner-managed family business founded in 1992 and headquartered in Tönisvorst on the Lower Rhine. As a project, quality and contract partner, the company manages the complete procurement process for customer-specific industrial components: from technical clarification and feasibility assessment, through supplier development, VDA 6.3 auditing, tooling conception and sampling, to series supply with logistics and complaint management. Manufacturing takes place via an international production partner network across three competence fields: rubber, TPE and plastics (rubber and sealing profiles, moulded hoses, moulded parts, O-rings, rubber-metal parts), metal and aluminium (aluminium profiles, die casting, turned, milled and forged parts) as well as special products such as gas springs, big bags and drawing-based parts. Materials include EPDM, NBR, FKM, HNBR, silicone, Viton, aluminium, steel, stainless steel and brass. Customers come from the automotive, mechanical engineering, caravan and cabin construction, construction, electrical engineering, logistics, agriculture, chemical and technical trade sectors.

Oil-resistant rubber for technical seals and moulded parts.

Fluoroelastomer for applications with increased temperature and chemical requirements.

Long-lasting rubber for dynamic and thermally stressed seals.

Material for silicone hoses and temperature-resistant seals.
Aluminium
