About us
For more than 40 years, AS Wohnbau GmbH has been one of the established providers of solid-construction houses in the Münster region. The company offers all services related to building from a single source: custom planning, construction execution and turnkey handover of single- and two-family houses, town villas, semi-detached houses, townhouses and condominiums. The group includes the subsidiaries WMB Wohnbau GmbH, GEG mbH (land development and development planning for municipalities and private investors) and RIK GmbH on Sylt for holiday rentals and property management. The group's annual capacity is around 80 to 100 objects, about half of them single- and two-family houses for owner-occupiers. The construction projects are characterised by custom planning and the consistent use of ecologically sensible measures such as heat pumps, solar systems and controlled residential ventilation. Since 2020, the company headquarters have been the Yorkhouse at Steinfurter Straße 100 in Münster.
