About Ascendor
Ascendor GmbH, headquartered in Neufelden, Upper Austria, was founded in 2006 and is a manufacturer of retrofit lift systems. The product portfolio includes stairlifts (seated stairlifts and platform stairlifts), vertical platform lifts and lifting platforms as well as cabin and shaft lifts (home elevators), including product lines such as UnaPorte®, QuattroPorte and PicoPorte. All products are manufactured 100 % at the Neufelden site, where the company administration is also located; the elevators are custom-made for each individual installation situation. The lift systems are aimed at people with reduced mobility as well as building owners, private and public institutions, architects and property developers. In Austria, Ascendor operates directly as a partner; internationally via a network of selected specialised dealers. The range of services includes consulting, planning, installation, maintenance, repair, inspections with official approval and spare parts shipping.
