Company
Aschenbrenner Werkzeug- und Maschinenbau GmbH was founded in 1973 by Herbert Aschenbrenner in Kirchhain-Anzefahr (Hesse) and has since been producing machine components as well as injection moulding and injection-compression moulds in single-part and series production with more than 30 employees including apprentices on approximately 1,000 m² of production floor space. As a contract manufacturing and supplier company, it manufactures complex components and assemblies using CNC turning and milling (up to 5-axis simultaneous), die sinking and wire EDM, surface and cylindrical grinding, band sawing, micro welding and laser engraving. In tool and mould making, the company produces plastic injection moulds with and without hot runners, stamping, bending and cutting tools, progressive dies and gauges, supported by an external design office with CAD/CAM (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, TopSolid). All steels, stainless steels, plastics such as PE1000 and PEEK as well as non-ferrous metals up to manganese steel and special steels are processed. On request, the company assembles complete assemblies from in-house manufactured and purchased parts and performs surface treatments such as anodizing, silver plating, hardening and nitriding. The products are used in the automotive, energy, pharmaceutical and food industries as well as by tyre, confectionery and solar manufacturers.
