About ASG
ASG Luftfahrttechnik und Sensorik GmbH is a medium-sized company based in Weinheim that has been in existence for over 60 years. As an approved aviation organisation, the company manufactures and overhauls aviation equipment: the product portfolio includes gas valves, hydraulic valves, fuel valves, water valves, hand pumps and position sensors. In addition, ASG offers aviation services such as build to print, cadmium plating, painting, crack testing and Skydrol testing, as well as maintenance and repair. The second pillar is sensor technology: ASG develops and produces application-specific sensor technology and actuators, including acoustic sensors, rotary angle, speed and direction-of-rotation sensors, acceleration and differential pressure sensors, accelerator pedals, gear levers, level switches and force-measuring bolts. Customers are OEMs and suppliers from industries such as agricultural machinery, construction machinery, commercial vehicles, conveying technology, automotive engineering, special machinery construction and e-mobility. Production is partly carried out on automated production lines; the quality management system is certified to ISO 9001, EN 9100 as well as EASA 21G and EASA 145.
