About Zeilfelder Pumpen
ASM Dimatec Deutschland GmbH, with its Business Unit Zeilfelder Pumpen, develops and manufactures rotary positive displacement pumps for industrial applications at its Wolfsburg site. The product range includes high-performance gear pumps, standard internal gear pumps and circumferential piston pumps for highly viscous liquids with or without solids. The pumps are robust, self-priming and capable of dry running; they achieve system pressures up to 120 bar, flow rates from 1.5 l/h to 300 m³/h, handle viscosities up to 1,400,000 mPas and temperatures up to 450 °C with solids contents up to 90 %. On request, versions in accordance with API, ATEX, TR-CU 10, TR-CU 12 and TA Luft are available. In addition to modular pump design, the company offers additive dosing systems in a modular container system as well as 2-component dosing carts for adhesives and sealants. Customer industries include, among others, chemicals, oil, gas and petrochemicals, paints and coatings, recycling, plastics, construction, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, food, and pet food.
