About us
Asmuth GmbH Medizintechnik is a family business founded in 1987 by Gerhard Asmuth and headquartered in Minden/Westphalia. The company distributes medical devices for patient monitoring, including ECG cables and leads, pulse oximetry sensors and adapter cables, blood pressure and temperature measurement accessories, fibre-optic cables, lamps, rechargeable and non-rechargeable batteries, electrodes, and accessories for ventilation, infusion, EEG, toco and RF. Its customers are primarily hospitals, clinics and service providers, who are supplied from the company's headquarters in Minden throughout Europe. In addition to distribution, Asmuth GmbH offers a repair and exchange service (Service Box) for defective cables, sensors, cuffs, temperature probes, fibre optics, lamps and batteries, as well as on-site consulting and individual needs analyses. All products are certified in accordance with Directive 93/42/EEC and tested according to ISO 13485. The company is now led by the second generation, Wiebke Asmuth.
