About Aspöck Systems
ASPÖCK Systems GmbH, headquartered in Peuerbach, Austria, has been developing and manufacturing lighting systems for towed vehicles of all kinds since 1977. The product range includes LED tail lights, work lights, LED strip technology (FlexLED, LumEU), cable and connector systems as well as custom lighting developments for truck & trailer, agricultural and construction machinery, automotive, motorcycles, caravans and special-purpose vehicles. The value chain ranges from product development and simulation to prototype manufacturing and series production; manufacturing takes place at three European production sites in Austria (Peuerbach, Waizenkirchen), Portugal (Aspöck Portugal, S.A.) and Poland (Aspöck Automotive Polska). The equipment of the production plants includes modern injection molding and metallization machines as well as robots for the manufacture of technically demanding plastic parts with metallized surfaces; heat sinks are made from special aluminum. In-house test laboratories with environmental simulation, vibration testing, light measurement tunnels and coordinate measuring technology ensure product quality in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001. The Aspöck Group employs around 1,550 people (2022), of which approximately 330 are at Aspöck Systems GmbH, and supplies customers such as Audi, VW, Fiat, Maserati, Stellantis, KTM and Husqvarna.

The Aspöck Group produces in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001:2015; all production processes are planned and monitored by the internal quality management. In the in-house test laboratory, products are tested for extreme operating conditions using environmental simulation, vibration test machines, leak test equipment, light measurement tunnels, coordinate measuring machines, optical measuring systems and scan arms.
