ASSEMBLIFY® GmbH is an outsourcing partner based in Nuremberg specializing in the custom build of mechatronic devices. The company handles complete electronic manufacturing from the initial idea through to the finished product, especially for prototypes, demo systems, run-out series as well as small and first series. The service portfolio includes electronics development (circuit design, PCB layout including multilayer, flex and rigid-flex), mechanical design, component procurement, printed circuit board manufacturing in THT and SMD technology, cable assembly, device building with mechanical assembly and wiring, as well as its own test field with functional testing, ICT and climate testing. A machine shop with CNC milling and conventional machining complements production. Customers include international industrial partners such as Siemens, Continental, DEKRA and Semikron. The company is located in the Electronics Competence Cluster of the Nuremberg metropolitan region and serves, among others, the defence, electrical engineering, automotive and industrial sectors.

Test field and quality assurance
All printed circuit boards and devices produced are tested for function and conformity in accordance with IPC-A-610, in coordination with the customer. The test field includes visual inspection, functional testing, climate tests (Memmert climate chamber) and in-circuit testing (Teradyne ICT).
