About ASSIT Hartmetallwerk
ASSIT Hartmetallwerk GmbH, based in Bischoffen (Hesse), has been active in the field of carbide and diamond tools for over 60 years and supplies customers in Germany and abroad. The manufacturing program comprises carbide (tungsten carbide) tools in sintered form or fully machined, including drawing dies for wire, bar and tube drawing, ready-to-use carbide profiles, nozzles, bushings and dies made to drawing as well as carbide cores with diameters up to 200 mm. In addition, the company supplies synthetic micron diamond powder, PCD drawing dies, diamond grinding points, grinding wheels and suspensions as well as carbide gauge pins and calibrating pins. In-house carbide production enables a rapid response to custom shapes according to customer requirements; a large stock of carbide standard items ensures a high level of delivery readiness, mainly for the wire industry.
