About the asto Group

The asto Group, based in Gilching near Munich, develops, finances, realizes and operates technology-oriented Science & Technology Clusters. As developer and investor, the company creates building rights and constructs high-quality, flexible real estate; as a service developer, it takes over operation, leasing and campus management. Its range of services includes project development, project management with scheduling, budget control, quality assurance and risk management, as well as tendering, awarding and construction supervision. The aim is knowledge and technology transfer between research institutions, start-ups and industry. The portfolio includes the ONE Health Tech Campus in Oberschleißheim (150,000 m²), the projects MÄANDER, QUANTUM and CUBES in the asto Park Oberpfaffenhofen in Gilching, as well as deep geothermal energy projects in Gauting and Germering. In addition, the asto Group has realized hotel projects in Stuttgart.
