ASTORtec AG is a Swiss manufacturer of self-adhesive solutions, sealing and adhesive tapes, die-cut parts, spacers, sealing foams as well as adhesives and reactive resin systems. The company operates as a competence center for bonding, sealing and protecting along the entire value chain: from development through manufacturing and contract production to distribution. Manufacturing processes include coating and laminating, roll cutting, die-cutting, winding as well as mixing and filling of adhesives and sealants. With RADS (robotically applied sealing foams), sealing foams are applied to components with robotic precision. The product range includes, among other things, epoxy resin, polyester, alkyd, polyurethane and silicone electrical insulating resins, structural adhesives based on methyl methacrylate and epoxy, MS polymer, cyanoacrylate and hotmelt adhesives as well as anaerobically curing compounds. Applications can be found in electrical engineering/electronics, dry construction, mold making and composites. The company combines standardized products with individual application solutions and operates according to an environmental management system certified to ISO 14001.
