Astra Sweets is a Belgian family-owned company headquartered in Turnhout and a manufacturer specialized in confectionery. The company develops and produces mainly private-label products for retail partners as well as its own brands, including the Frisia brand. The range comprises four product categories: gums (fruit gum), mallows (marshmallow), UFOs and hard candy; Rocket Balls are additionally produced at the Nijkerk site. In addition to existing products, the company develops its own new trends and innovations in order to offer customers a wide range of possibilities. From its sites in Turnhout (Belgium), Harlingen and Nijkerk (Netherlands), Astra Sweets supplies customers in more than 25 countries worldwide.
