About ASTROFEIN
ASTROFEIN (Astro- und Feinwerktechnik Adlershof GmbH) is an aerospace company based in Berlin Adlershof that has been developing and manufacturing high-quality space components and systems for more than a quarter of a century. The product range comprises in particular reaction wheels for precise attitude control of satellites in orbit as well as the patented PicoSatellite Launcher (PSL), a CubeSat deployer for satellites in sizes from 1U to 16U, up to small satellites. All competencies along the value chain – from engineering through production to environmental simulation and product qualification – are bundled in-house. Available facilities include a modern machine park, in-house clean rooms and dedicated test facilities; all processes are continuously supported by the quality assurance department. The company is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and DIN EN 9100:2018 and works for customers from the space industry, including organisations such as ESA, DLR, Airbus and OHB.
