About Astron Buildings
Astron Buildings S.A., headquartered in Diekirch (Luxembourg), develops, manufactures and assembles customised steel buildings and structural steel constructions for industry, logistics, retail, sports and data centres. The range of services covers engineering and structural analysis with BIM, industrial series production of primary and secondary components in two in-house European plants, as well as logistics, assembly and maintenance from a single source. Products include steel frames, large-format solid-web beams, truss girders, crane runway beams for crane systems of over 50 t, roof and wall systems as well as INODEK mezzanine floors; materials such as concrete, wood and glass are additionally combined. With around 130 production employees and an annual capacity of 20,000 tonnes of steel, projects from 1,000 m² to over 30,000 m² are realised; the roof and wall panels receive coatings such as PVDF, Superpolyester or Aluzinc. Since 1965, more than 58,000 buildings have been erected in more than 50 countries. Astron is part of Groupe Briand and serves customers through seven European locations with around 150 engineers.
