It exclusively supplies retail trade and service companies in consumer electronics and household appliances, IT and network technology, as well as telecommunications. The group offers a cross-manufacturer range of around 18 million items from over 3000 brands, including consumer electronics, household appliances, home automation as well as security and alarm technology. All items are stocked in a logistics center in Germany and, depending on the time of order and delivery address, are delivered within 48 hours; the delivery capability exceeds 95 percent. ASWO supplies 80,000 customers daily in 36 European countries. Customers can access real-time stock levels, item photos and exploded drawings via an online shop and receive technical support with a response within one hour. The Swiss branch is located in Erlenbach on Lake Zurich.
