ASZ – Das Arbeitsmedizinische und Sicherheitstechnische Zentrum in Linz GmbH (asz) is a family-run prevention center founded in 1995, headquartered in Linz with a branch in Vienna. It serves clients at more than 4,000 operational sites with over 150,000 employees throughout Austria and is regarded as the largest family-run center for occupational health and safety operating nationwide in Austria. Its range of services includes occupational medicine, health practice, workplace health promotion, work and organizational psychology, safety specialists, fire protection, authority management, an engineering office for electrical engineering (including work equipment inspections and testing of photovoltaic systems), testing technology and prevention management. Specially trained prevention managers coordinate the prevention personnel and measures deployed on site and ensure optimal use of statutory prevention hours under the Austrian Worker Protection Act (ASchG). More than 100 prevention experts work together daily in the areas of occupational safety and occupational health. Quality management according to ISO 9001:2015 is certified.
