ATC ALUVATION Technology Center Paderborn GmbH specializes in the intelligent heat treatment of aluminium components and covers all aspects of product, process, data management and plant technology. At the ALUVATION Technology Center (ATC) in Paderborn, customers receive the complete heat treatment package from a single source: ageing T5, T6 and T7 with polymer, air and water quenching as well as stress-relief annealing, recrystallization annealing, stabilization annealing and soft annealing. Aluminium cast and wrought alloys are processed. The company develops process parameters in advance, manufactures product-specific workpiece carriers and builds special-purpose systems such as air quench systems, water and polymer tanks as well as test benches. An in-house laboratory offers tensile tests, hardness testing, micrographs, geometry measurements and polishing. With the patented ALUVATION® system, heat treatment becomes mobile and on demand: rentable, modular and standardized furnace module systems including process development, process monitoring and data management, which can be integrated into the customer's production line within a few days.
