About ATD Cardox®

ATD Cardox is the developer and manufacturer of the ATD CARDOX® high-pressure gas process, a CO2-based method for removing material deposits in kiln systems, cyclones, coolers and silos. The ATD gas tube is inserted into the deposits and activated from a safe distance; per deployment, up to 600 liters of carbon dioxide are released at up to 2,700 bar, breaking up incrustations within seconds. The technology has been in use since the 1950s and has been continuously developed for over 70 years. Development, manufacturing and quality control are provided from a single source at the Dortmund site. The company supplies international customers, among others in the paper, cement, lime and waste incineration industries, and supports them with expert consulting, practical on-site training (ATD Academy) and on-site support. The process is distributed worldwide through partners in Spain, South Africa, Taiwan, the USA, Australia and Brazil.
