ATE-Consys is a family-owned electronics company based in Bünde that develops and manufactures customer-specific electronic control and operating systems for machines, devices and technical products. Its range of services includes hardware development, embedded software and HMI as a coordinated overall system – from the initial idea and prototype construction through to reproducible series production in its own electronics manufacturing facility in Bünde. Production is designed for flexible, recurring series in varying lot sizes and variants, and extends to the assembly and packaging of finished OEM products. Component procurement, including obsolescence management, uses international sourcing channels and takes availability and component discontinuations into account at an early stage. Even after the start of series production, ATE-Consys supports variants, firmware adaptations, redesigns and successor generations.
