About ATEC
ATEC Armaturenbau und -Technik GmbH is a specialist in dead-space-free ball valves in soft-sealing and metal-sealing designs as well as custom solutions for demanding process conditions. Since 1989, development, design, manufacturing, assembly and testing have all been carried out in-house in Nieder-Olm near Mainz. Production takes place on conventional and CNC-controlled turning and milling machines; further processes include drilling, welding, sawing, polishing, grinding, lapping and shot blasting. Materials used include stainless steels, duplex, titanium, Hastelloy® and other special alloys; sealing systems consist of, among others, PTFE and PEEK. The ball valves are manufactured and repaired in sizes DN15 to DN100, and every ball valve is 100% tested before delivery and documented with a serial number. Fields of application include the chemical and specialty chemicals, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, agricultural and food industries as well as plant engineering.

Quality and Certifications
All ball valves are 100% tested before delivery, marked with a serial number and fully documented; testing is carried out, among others, to DIN EN 12266-1 (tightness and strength testing). Stamped serial numbers ensure traceability; available documents include material certificates 3.1/3.2 to DIN EN 10204, tightness certificates and, on request, PMI inspections.
