About ATEC automation technology
ATEC automation technology GmbH, based in Buchloe, develops and manufactures automation systems for machining and non-machining machine tools. The product range includes escapement feeders of the VF series for shaft-shaped parts from Ø 1.5 to 52 mm with feed lengths of 30 to 1,200 mm and up to 220 kg fill weight, loading and unloading systems (BES/ES series), bulk material escapement feeders (SVF series), laser marking systems as well as robot palletizing and loading systems. In addition to the standardized modular system, customer-specific special solutions are implemented, including parts storage, pallet systems, workpiece handling units, automated process cells as well as measuring and testing cells. Planning and design are carried out on SolidWorks and EPLAN, supplemented by robot integration, programming and the integration of measuring systems. The service portfolio includes maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, spare parts supply and toolmaking. The Buchloe site is located directly on the A96 in the Munich/Augsburg region with access to nearby manufacturing processes such as turning, milling, grinding, hardening and coating.
