About Atelier Bartel

Atelier Bartel is the ceramics workshop of the visual artist Thomas Bartel, who was born in Brandenburg an der Havel. The studio produces hand-thrown ceramic works, including tableware series such as the Rainbow series from cup to milk jug as well as espresso cups with a paw print. In addition to independent works, commissioned pieces are produced, in which shape and colors are designed according to the customer's wishes. The workshop also offers a firing service in which third-party ceramic works are fired. In addition, pottery courses are offered as group courses and individual lessons, including mother-and-child courses. The studio is currently open by appointment only, arranged by telephone or e-mail; gift vouchers are available.
