ATEMAG, founded in 2004 and based in Hofstetten in the Black Forest, develops, manufactures and sells CNC aggregates for machining wood, wood-based materials, composites, aluminium and plastics on CNC machining centres and robotic systems. The product portfolio includes angle aggregates (MONO, DUO, QUATTRO, VARIO CLASSIC SMART LINE), probe aggregates (SOFT TOUCH PRO, 360°), multi-spindle drilling aggregates (VERTI, VERTINEO), underfloor aggregates (SOTTO, EXTRA 2), grinding and cutting aggregates (SOFT GRINDER, SOFT CUTTER, MEGA CUTTER ULTRA LINE) as well as the hollow chisel drill head. The aggregates are produced as customised solutions, even in lot size 1, in craftsmanship-style manufacturing by a single assembler and are meticulously adjusted. Every aggregate undergoes a test run before leaving the factory, in which vibration and temperature are digitalised by means of the ATEMAG Control 4.0 chip and assigned as a digital fingerprint to the serial number. In addition, ATEMAG offers maintenance, repair (also for aggregates from third-party manufacturers), spare parts supply from stock, express service and retrofit with Control 4.0. Customers include international machine manufacturers such as Biesse, Homag, SCM, Weinig and Felder.
