The offering is complemented by engineering services for transmission optimization and prototype support, test bench measurement technology such as torque sensors and torque measuring shafts, an in-house calibration laboratory, and mechanical manufacturing. Emerging from GIF Gesellschaft für Industrieforschung mbH, founded in 1986, the company has operated under the name ATESTEO since 2016. In addition to Germany, ATESTEO maintains subsidiaries in China, Japan and the USA (ATESTEO North America Inc.) and supports automotive manufacturers and suppliers throughout the entire development phase of their drivetrains.
