Manufacture of DC permanent magnet motors in special versions – from 1 unit, from prototype to series production.
ATG Antriebstechnik GmbH
KenzingenNew on Amplifa
Family business for DC motors
ATG Antriebstechnik manufactures DC permanent magnet motors in special versions at its Kenzingen site. Based on a modular system with five frame sizes (stator diameters 45–120 mm, outputs from approx. 25 to 750 W), motors are individually configured and engineered – from single units and replacement motors for DC motors no longer in production to small series and recurring series demand. Shafts and flange bearing shields, the parts with the greatest variance, are manufactured in-house on CNC machines from bar stock. Carbon brushes are matched to the respective application in terms of material and impregnation. Customers include the commercial vehicle industry (rail, trucks, ships, construction machinery), manufacturers of battery-powered special vehicles such as lifting platforms and hoisting vehicles, as well as gearbox and gearmotor manufacturing, manufacturers of rehabilitation and sports equipment, and operators of emergency actuators. The company was founded in 1989 as the successor to Fritzsche Motoren GmbH and has been managed since 2008 by Dr.-Ing. Ralf Gfrörer; the quality management system has been certified to ISO 9001 since 2011.
