ATL Anlagentechnik Luhden has been manufacturing complex welded assemblies, pressure and suction silencers as well as systems for thermal deburring (TEM) since 1993. The company operates as a contract manufacturer and plant builder with a high level of in-house production depth, covering the entire value chain from planning through manufacturing to on-time delivery. At its sites in Luhden (Germany) and Tworóg (Poland), it delivers industrial solutions for industry, manufacturing and plant engineering from a single source. The machine park includes a Trumpf fiber laser cutting system, 5-axis CNC machining centers and cobot welding systems. As a certified manufacturer of pressure equipment under AD 2000 and a certified welding shop under DIN EN 1090-2, ATL produces more than 1,000 silencers annually. Its own fleet of trucks with double-deck trailers travels weekly between the two sites.
